What is Direct Billing?

It is the process of a healthcare provider(us) billing an insurance company directly for services rendered to a policyholder(you) after you are provided treatment. It saves you from having to do all the paperwork on your own.

Does my policy allow Direct Billing?

Most insurance policies do allow direct billing; being said not all policies are created equal. To ensure our ability to do so, the policyholder(you) will have to contact the insurer for further details regarding direct billing, coverage amounts, annual totals, and potential requirements, such as a Medical Referral.

Unfortunately, we are unable to contact insurance companies on your behalf for aforementioned details due to privacy concerns. We respect those concerns and treat your disclosed information with the same degree of privacy, so if you are unsure of your policy details, we kindly ask you to contact your insurer.
