Sudesh Phagoo is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He has experience working with all types of clients including athletes, office workers, blue collar workers and weekend warriors in all age groups.
Sudesh is passionate about the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle through mobility and stability. He takes great pride in making a positive change in people’s lives by equipping his clients with self-help knowledge and exercises to help break the cycle of chronic pain and decreasing injuries through retraining posture and movement patterns.
Sudesh has a smooth, rhythmic flow treatment style. He utilizes Swedish techniques, trigger point, muscle energy techniques, myofascial stretch as well as deep tissue massage to give his clients the treatment they need.
Sudesh is dedicated to help reduce recovery time as well as facilitating maximum performance to help his clients achieve their treatment goals. He is also adaptable to his client’s massage needs and preference.
