Vanessa has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years. She began her journey as Holistic Therapist in 2001 learning various healing modalities for the mind, body and spirit; and then went on to become an RMT in 2012. She works intuitively on the body and her skillset ranges from traditional Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Energy therapy, Cranial sacral therapy and Reflexology. She is also a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and fitness instructor.
She is passionate about educating others on self-care to aid in healing between treatments as well as creating a safe space for healing.
