What is Reiki?
The word Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. We all have access to this, but a Reiki practitioner has been trained to guide it for healing in others. The practitioner will use hands-on healing techniques to encourage energy to flow if it is blocked or out of alignment. They will ask you what brings you in for a session and your response will guide the process. Reiki encourages emotional, energetic, and physical healing. Simply put, it is a way to unblock your energy system and promote wellness. It can be used to calm the mind, release trauma, and increase your energy itself.
